Welcome to the microOLAP Packet Sniffer SDK library set!

In which cases you should use the ActiveX Edition of Packet Sniffer SDK?

All editions of Packet Sniffer SDK work in Gigabit networks, support multi-processor systems (SMP), do not require any pre-installed packet drivers, and provide nearly the same productivity.

The ActiveX Edition of Packet Sniffer SDK can be used practically with any modern IDE: Microsoft Visual C++, Microsoft Visual Basic, Borland Delphi, Borland C++Builder, and many others, which support ActiveX.

We recommend you to use the ActiveX edition of Packet Sniffer SDK in the following cases:

* If your company uses Microsoft Visual Basic as a corporative standard;
* If your solution consists of several parts and you are going to use the Packet Sniffer SDK functionality in external modules;
* If your development team uses different environments for creating a single solution.
